2) Empress Elisabeth - The Enigmatic Sisi
Empress Elisabeth of Austria, wife of Emperor Franz Joseph, affectionately called Sisi, was one of the most beautiful women of her day. Forever discontent with life at court and always in search of personal hapiness and fulfilment, she was also dubbed "the reluctant empress" and became a myth alreadt in her lifetime. In the 60s many popular films were made about her life starring Austrian-born actess Rmy Schneider as the young empress. 4) Private Guided Tour Spanish Riding School
The Spanische Hofreittschule is the oldest and last Riding School in the world where classic dressage is still practised in its purest form. This Institute was founded in 1572 and its very name gives away the fact that the horses were of Spanish origin. The Lipizzaner is regarded as the oldest classic horse race in Europe. The superb arena- the Winter Riding School in the Vienna Hofburg (Imperial Palace) in which the RIders of the Spanish Riding School train the horses and where they perform was commisioned by Emperor Karl VI. His potrait decorates the white baroque hall built by Josef Emanuel Fischer von Erlach from 1729 to 1735. Since 1920 the presentations of classical dressage have been open to the public.

7) Wine Tour Vienna - Grinzing

in a typical Heuriger at Grinzing, "Heuriger" is the word the Viennese use both for the wine from the last grape harverst and for the establishments at which it is served. And the Viennese exhortation, "Gemma zum Heuriger" (Let's go to a heuriger!') is an invitation to an afternoon or evening of relaxation and pleasure oiled by heuriger music and good wine. Though the wine-growing districts are within the city limits, most have retained their original village character. In each of these places you will discover idylic side roads and byways. "Ausg steckt: means that the heuriger is open. This expression comes from the pine that hangs above the entrance to a heuriger to signify that it is open. For there is a law that a winegrower can only serve wine (and it must be his own) for a maximum of 300 days a year. Afterwards visit of the former hunting lodge Mayerling, today a commemorative chapel, where Crown Price Rudolph and Barnesse Vetsera died. 9) Grand River Daube Cruise in Vienna

AFter boarding in Schwedenplatz, the first leg of the cruise takes you past some Vienna's most significant buildings - Ruprechts Church, the Ringturm, the Rossauer Kaserne, and the architect Friedensreich Hundertwasser's industrial masterpiece. AFter passing through the histroic look at Nussdorf the ship will give you an unforgettable view of Viena's tallest buildings - the 202 m Millenium Tower, the Danube Tower and UNI-City. This leg of cruise ends at Reichbrucke. 10) Wachau valley - romance at the River Danube

Departure from your hotel. One of the highlights of your excursion is the visit of the Abbey of Melk, where a guide shows you the interior and the garden of this exciting baroque momument which has always been the spiritual and cultural centre of Austria. Lunch will be served in a cosy restarant at the River Danube. There you will enjoy a wonderful view over the River Danube and the vineyards.
