Integration of local resources
ONE OCEAN CLUB will work hand in hand with South African authorities. ONE OCEAN CLUB is committed to full compliance with all requirements and obligations. ONE OCEAN CLUB is already working closely with the port authorities, making use of their facilities and generating new sources of income for the country.
ONE OCEAN CLUB will co-operate with local partners in the case of all its planned activities, including tour operators, transportation services, security and technical services. ONE OCEAN CLUB will draw supplies of fresh food and other provisions from sources in South Africa, such as fruit, fish, meat, vegetables and South Africa award-winning wines.

ONE OCEAN CLUB will operate in Cape Town and Port Elizabeth from the MS Westerdam and in Durban and Port Elizabeth from the MS Noordam.
South Africa offers only one passenger terminal, located in the port of Durban where ONE OCEAN CLUB ships will berth when sailing to Durban. All other South African ports are cargo ports.
ONE OCEAN CLUB has reserved the best berths and locations in the ports at all three coastal cities hosting the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa Special areas have been converted into temporary passenger zones to provide the comfort you expect.
Exclusivity, safety and security, as well as your comfort are the key factors in preparing our locations for your visit.
DURBAN Durban Cruise Terminal - transfer time 15 minutes to Durban Stadium. PORT ELIZABETH Port Elizabeth harbour - transfer time 10 minutes to Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium. CAPE TOWN Cape Town harbour - transfer time 10 minutes to Green Point Stadium.

Everyone boarding a ONE OCEAN CLUB ship must pass at least three security checkpoints. We will ensure that these take a minimum amount of time and that checks cause as little inconvenience as possible, while being as efficient as you would expect. Within the harbour facilities and inside the ONE OCEAN CLUB security zones, ONE OCEAN CLUB will operate with specially selected, well-trained security staff.
The ship's staff are trained to serve you, while keeping you safe and secure at all times. Shuttles and transfers will be handled directly by the ONE OCEAN CLUB group, or by selected sub-contractors, also ensuring maximum security and safety for our guests when they leave ship. Should you have any problems, we offer a 24-hour concierge service to deal with all your safety and security questions.
Safes are available in every cabin ?although we recommend that in case of highly valuable goods, you make use of the central safe available at the ONE OCEAN CLUB reception.

The ONE OCEAN CLUB cruise ships: MS Noordam Launched in 2006, the MS Noordam is the last but one addition to the well- known Vista-class ships.
Named after the northern compass point, it incorporates the latest engineering and environmental technology, including a diesel-electric power plant for optimal energy efficiency and an Azipod propulsion system to maximise manoeuvrability.
