Beginning in the summer of 2008, the Salzburg Festival will feature a Young Singers Project directed by Barbara Bonney and Michael Schade. Together with Jürgen Flimm and Evamaria Wieser, the two artists will invite young and highly talented singers from all over the world to Salzburg for this program. As part of the project, the participants will work with Festival artists, attend rehearsals and study roles from the Festival's repertoire.

The Young Singers Project is entirely sponsored by Montblanc International.
