Eduard and Johannes
Kutrowatz, who grew up in the Austrian Province of
Burgenland, now live in Vienna. Their first piano teacher
was Uwe Wolff, at the Joseph Haydn Conservatory of Music in
Eisenstadt. They continued their studies at the Vienna University
of Music, where they studied piano and conducting, as well
as percussion and clarinet, which reflects their ideal of

Award of the International Schubert-competition Graz/Austria
1992, the Cultural Development prize of the province of Burgenland,
the Music Award of the Kery-Foundation, and the Erich Schenk-Award
